The owners were helpful, responsive, and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The room with a balcony was charming. The shower cabin and bathroom were normal and clean. The owner allowed us to stay after check-out time. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with nearby supermarkets and coffee shops. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped book transportation.

the family room had a comfortable large bed and a smaller bed. Although the smaller bed was quite hard, the overall comfort was satisfactory. the manager, although with limited English, was very nice and helpful. the elevator was a convenient feature when dealing with luggage. the snacks provided in the room were a hit with the kids. The location had a promising future with upcoming store openings. Cons: Couldn't fault anything during my stay. 👍.

Vernieuwd hotel met frisse kamers en een propere uitstraling. Airco werkt goed. Gratis parkeergelegenheid achter het hotel of op het plein ervoor. Handige lift vanaf de parking met code van het hotel. Gunstige locatie nabij de grot. Vriendelijk ontvangst, rustige kamer en goed geslapen. Zeker een aanrader bij een volgend bezoek aan Lourdes.

Small hotel in a new luxury residential area. Spotless bedroom & bathroom. Helpful Vietnamese/French couple. Hard bed but manageable. Elevator, parking, supermarket nearby. No security although area feels safe. Offered coffee & bread. Pleasant stay.

Friendly owner's father suggested a free room upgrade. Clean, modern, spacious room with snacks provided. Manager spoke little English but was nice. Quiet neighborhood with stores opening soon. Charming room with balcony and normal shower.
